Give New Life to Old Inventory

Donating Inventory

Structuring corporate inventories as a charitable donation is a powerful way to help invest in your community, and it makes great sense for your business.

Through idonate.com we can accept a variety of inventory donations and sell them through existing domestic and worldwide markets and buyers. Our Inventory Donation Program can help facilitate a variety of inventories including (but not limited to):

Food (Canned or Dried), Beverages, Books, Electronics, Industrial Equipment, Specialty Vehicles, Toys, New Clothing (large volumes), Consumer Merchandise, Lost and Damaged Freight or Building Materials

While we can accept a wide range of products, there are some restrictions, so please check with us to see how your inventory can be converted into a charitable donation.

Benefits to you

  • Community Impact - You can make an important contribution to causes you care about.
  • Managed Process - Donating inventory spares you the hassles of warehousing, selling, or disposing on your own.
  • Protected Interests - We will comply with your geographic or market recommendations.
  • Tax Deduction - Based on current IRS tax laws. It is always a good idea to check with your tax advisor for the latest information.

Getting started

The process for giving inventories is managed for you. To inquire whether your inventory can work to your advantage as a charitable deduction, click on `Donate Now` and complete the online Offer Donation Form or call 1-877-89-SHARE. Generally the process is:

    * We assess the proposed gift for marketability and charitable upside
    * We contact you with instructions and arrange liquidation processes.
    * When the gift is complete you will receive a receipt of your contribution for your tax records.
