Creating a Fraud Event Refund Request Ticket for an organization that has a Card Testing/Brute Force/Fraudalent donation.

Internal process - This helps return processing fees that wouldn't have occurred if the fraudulent activity had occurred. This does not refund any iDonate subscription fees from volume. Please reach out to the Accounting Department for that process.
