Demo Tips
Corporate Matching
- For Missions sending and faith-based orgs, we generally don’t bring up corporate matching as they are not likely eligible
- When demoing a newly created giving form, we recommend building and publishing the form prior to the demo so that publish errors don’t unexpectedly come up (example: if you pasted formatted text, forgot to add designations, etc. it’s good to catch those beforehand)
Product/Engineering Team Commitments
- “Hey there’s a demo on ___ day, can you be prepared to be available?”
- Slack channel with Sales, Product, and engineering with technical questions
- Sales presents technical questions to Prod/Eng prior to demos if possible via slack
- Sales mentions product feedback calendar plug for feature requests that are not yet available https://meetings.hubspot.com/nacho-andrade
- Product team rep to demo for VIP clients (limit to 1x/month)
- Living doc with technical demo questions
