**A communications template for UWRF's giving day - it was for the university side. It was distributed to deans of various colleges or directors of programs. The goal was to make it as easy as possible for them to send emails to their contacts/networks and ensure the traffic was coming back to our P2P and not anywhere else.
** This is the Athletics template. Very similar, but tailored for coaches to send out. Again, same goal of making sure the recipient is directed to the correct P2P or giving form and not anywhere else. For both templates, the goal was to also utilize best practices for communications - whether it be wording, the amount of words (less is better) and the cadence/timeline.
