Slack Channels Utilized by Customer Experience Teams

A guide to which Slack channels you should join as part of Customer Success, Support, or Implementations (with channel descriptions).

  • Product-customersuccess – A place to ask questions of the Products/Engineering team, after utilizing all other resources (e.g. Knowledgebase, Slack search), that aren’t critical
  • #support_tech - Private Channel between Support and Customer Success teams. Used to discuss topics/questions within department and escalate where either customer or CSM is needing an update regarding a support matter for their assigned accounts.
  • Successteam - Private Channel between Support, Customer Success, and Implementations teams. Used to discuss topics/questions within department and escalate where either customer or CSM is needing an update regarding a support matter for their assigned accounts.
  • #general - This channel is for team-wide communication and announcements specifically related to company information relevant to our whole team and our shared success.
  • #kudos - A channel for bragging on our iDonate team members
  • #customer-marketing - A place for CS and marketing to collaborate, discuss projects, and wonder why people let Adam open up more slack channels.
  • #random - A place for non-work-related flimflam, faffing, hodge-podge or jibber-jabber you'd prefer to keep out of more focused work-related channels.
  • #pets_of_idonate - For all those fur babies/coworkers
  • #learninglibrary - a place to collect company knowledge and training to expand our understanding
  • #birthdays-and-milestones - Let's gather and celebrate our friends and coworkers to celebrate their big days! Birthdays, Workaversaries, Special Occasions, this is your place to shout that out and celebrate!
