Donor Self-Service (DSS) Portal Guide

Review and manage your recurring donations, personal information, and payment methods, as well as review and export your donation history.

Accessing the Donor Self-Service (DSS) Portal

  1. Go to the DSS Portal at https://donor.idonate.com.
  2. RETURNING USER: Enter your registered email address and password to log in.
  3. NEW USER: Enter your email address and click GET CODE. Then enter the Login Verification Code sent to you via email and then click GO.

Viewing Your Donation History

  1. Within the “Recent Transactions” section of the dashboard, click View All to browse your list of past contributions, including donation dates, amounts, and recipients.
  2. Use the Export button to download and print your donation history.

Updating Recurring Donations

  1. Within the “Recurring Donations” section of the dashboard, click View All.
  2. Select the specific recurring donation you want to edit.
  3. Make changes to the designation, donation amount, frequency, next payment date, or payment method.
  4. Click Save Changes when done

Editing Your Personal Information

  1. Click on your name at the upper right corner of the dashboard and then select Update Profile.
  2. Update your contact details, including your email address, password, phone number, or mailing address.
  3. Click Update My Profile.

Managing Your Payment Methods

  1. Within the “Payment Methods” section of the dashboard, click View All.
  2. Click New Method to add a credit/debit card or bank account.
  3. Click Edit to update existing payment method card numbers, expiration dates, and CVVs.

NOTE: If you need to assign a new payment method to an existing recurring donation, you must add NEW METHOD first, and then edit the recurring donation to assign the new payment method.
