Improvements and Bug Fixes

When building receipts, you can now select from a list of all available Merge Tags to include.
New Reporting Column: Corporate Matching Company. Displays the name of the company that matched the donation.
Grouped the available Reporting columns by category. For instance, transaction data and donor data columns are in their own discrete groups.
When viewing Hosted Pages on mobile devices, the Giving Form is now presented before the Custom Content section(s).
The Tribute modal now appears directly in front of the user's viewport, as opposed to a static position that would sometimes be outside said viewport.

Resolved an issue that would cause Merge Tags within paragraphs to omit their containing paragraph.
Resolved an issue that would cause Tribute emails to be sent with unusual formatting.
